Great barbecue food trailer that's very popular. Several people were ahead of me at 2:30 in the afternoon, but the service was quick and everyone was taken good care of. The pork was good and served with a mild tomato sauce. The baked beans were also good and the potato salad is very creamy. Being a food trailer, be prepared to eat in the car or find a park. You're going to want to eat slowly.Oh my word the banana pudding! You'll be eating as slow as you can handle trying to make it last! I know you're all sold out on the BBQ, but that pudding is amazing. I wondered if it would taste as good as mine, and I have to tell you... it was very, very close! Light pudding with just enough cookies... pure Heaven! I highly recommend!

Sweetest people! Best bbq pork sandwich ever! Husband really doesn’t care for bbq. I like it. But for some reason have been wanting just a bbq pork sandwich wrapped in foil to eat on our road trip!!!! Sooooo good y’all. My husband is still talking about it.
