My first time visiting a del taco was Opelika and it was a great first experience. The person I assume was the manager took the time out to speak with us while helping a new employee and also delivered our food to the table. It was nice to get treated this way at a fast food restaurant. My family eats here often and always enjoys it. Thank you!!
First visit, just subpar. While trying to order one cashier was training another and neither knew which buttons to push. Couldn't pay there was a problem with the register, had to wait on a manager to take our payment at another register. Food arrived, had items we didn't order and food missing. I like this place but everytime I order through the app and use my reward points to redeem a Del taco they never actually include it with my order. My reward points have been going down the drain and it's annoying. Just left there tonight and they forgot AGAIN.
