Wonderful cupcakes and the BEST customer service around! I ordered a 6 count box of cupcakes for a gift and my 3 year old stepped on the box and smashed half the cupcakes. I went back right before closing and they gave me a new box and replaced the smashed cupcakes free of charge. So unexpected but so appreciated! Its not like I can resist the peanut butter icing anyway, but they have a loyal customer in me!
I went to GiGi’s for the first time yesterday and was blown away! First off, it was near closing time and the two young women working were still perfectly sweet and happy to explain all the delicious flavors(even though you have to know they repeated them 100 times already that day!).
The cupcakes were amazing and I appreciated the samples because-in this case-it was hard to guess what a sweet tea cupcake would taste like(SOOO GOOD).
