I love this place so much that me and my husband come from Phenix city for it. The food and service is wonderful. Ling is beyond the best person ever! She is so friendly and makes you feel at home. Me And my husband literally comes at least twice a month, to see her and for the amazing food. Thank y’all!!! ❤
There were large amounts of dust and just general dirt. In the women's bathroom, it was incredibly humid. The bathroom door itself didn't fully close. The buffet area is pretty clean and had an incredibly extensive selection of food. Most food was hot and fresh, some foods were a bit stale and solidified from just sitting in heaters.
Food is decent. Waitress disappeared for quite a while. Variety is excellent. Cleanliness is desperately needed here. Bathrooms are like saunas.

Hibachi Sushi Grill & Buffet is a local favorite, offering a diverse menu of delectable hibachi dishes and sushi. The food is consistently better than most buffets in town. The restaurant has a clean environment, including the restrooms and kitchen. While the buffet has a variety of food with plenty of dining options, the temperature of the dishes can be a issue, with some foods being cool, except for the soups which are hot. The price is always a plus, but the experience can be highly variable, especially when it's busy. The restaurant is currently closed due to a fire, but they are working on reopening soon, with a possible reopening in June.
