The next steps are to to prepare for some of the best local cuisine in town. They keep the buffet clean and are constantly cooking up a storm in the back, rolling sushi, and humbly manning the hibachi bar. Enjoy.
Notes: the hostess has been running the front longer than most of us have been adults, and she's an utter delight.

“I saw this place as I was leaving from my day of hiking and the name actually caught my attention, so I dropped in for lunch. I ordered the spicy goat soup, and it didnt let me down, first it was very spicy and more then I could eat. The server was on too of his game, I noticed one time I just accidentally looked his way and he came to check on me.“
