Drive through is very slow even if you're the only car, you'll be waiting 20 mins at the very least no matter what you order. Employees are more worried about their phones and hanging out than they are customer service.

The chicken was fried to a golden brown and had a good crunch. I was surprised to find that the batter is more flavorful than Raising Cane's. The counter staff and cook Ree were very courteous and more than happy to converse about the restaurant. When possible I will return to this Guthrie's!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at main entrance.

Stopped in on 02/15/2024 and was told that all food is cooked at time of order. The food was nice and hot and really good. So I went back on 02/16/2024 and since I was dealing with a different person I asked asked if my food could be cooked to order and she said yes. My order was done so fast that there is no way that they could have made it fresh. I mentioned that to the young lady and she said that everything was cooked to order. She lied. I received cold fries and cold chicken tenders. That cancels this spot.

Clearly a direct competitor with Raising Caine’s, the similarities between the two are strong. Where Caine’s gets it wrong and Guthrie’s excels is in the execution of the central item - the chicken …sort of a big deal! Where Caine’s tends to cook their chicken BARELY to temperature, leaving it too wet and slimy, the chicken here was at that perfect state where the fat is properly rendered but the meat is not dried out. It was absolutely delicious! All the flavors were on point. The fries were browned and crispy. The coleslaw was oddly dense, but tasted great. The people were very friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. One minor criticism: a small but important thing - the restroom needs a coat hook. No one wants to lay their jacket/purse/bag on a restroom surface, even in a clean bathroom.

Always overcooked and minuscule amounts of chicken. They should rename their chicken fingers to burnt, overly salted, fried skin.. Guthries used to have meaty good chicken. Now it’s terrible, save your money.

Keyanna was such a great help. It was my first time trying Guthries and she recommended the sandwich on toast. Absolute amazing meal. We’ll be visiting again when I’m in town!!!!!

These are the best chicken fingers I've ever eaten. The box was with five chicken fingers was more than enough food.
