Izumi Japanese Buffet

They have changed since last review on here. We have been a couple times since. It's no longer your "traditional " walk up buffet. It's still all you can eat sushi, tempura, stir fry, hibachi etc but you order at your table instead. The food is cooked fresh when you order it! Tastes sooo much better than food sitting in a buffet for "x" amount of time or waiting and racing when something comes out.They have many options of sushi rolls and made to order. Absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked fresh to order and bursting with such tremendous flavor. The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. The food came out rather quickly. This was my first time at a buffet that you order unlimited dishes from a menu rather than getting it yourself from a bar so it was all hot and fresh. Pretty good experience. A couple of us went for lunch and I thought this would be a buffet but it is not. You are handed a menu and check off the things you want brought to you. We picked what we wanted and the food came pretty quick and was HOT AND FRESH. The steak and shrimp were awesome and not over cooked, the sushi was good, shrimp tempura was really good.
