Greatest customer service ever!!!!
Absolutely the worst Jack's ever!!!! Waited 20 mins or breakfast this morning and still didnt get any food!!!! THE SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! THE STAFF CARE NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I DEFINITELY WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS RESTAURANT.
Went and order a chicken finger dinner and two cheese burger meals. Asked for extra fry seasoning and no pickles or onions on one cheese burger meal. Got our meal and everything was cold. Not just a little cold but cold like it wasn’t even under a heater. And the fries had NO salt and was so cold and soggy. It was probably one of the worst meals my family had had. And this isn’t my first experience with it being bad. Definitely lost our business.
