Old Mill Country Kitchen is a hidden gem worth visiting, serving breakfast and lunch. This cozy spot is often bustling, even on Saturdays near closing time. The breakfast and brunch options are particularly popular, with dishes that look appealing. The hash bowl is tasty, although some may find the portion small. The chicken sandwich from the "burger menu" is decent, but not exceptional. However, the daily lunch specials on weekdays are a great reason to visit. The food is awesome, with choices like hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, cabbage and sausage, and speckled butter beans. The service is attentive, though there may be times when only a few servers are available. A cash discount is provided. With great food, great cooks, and friendly staff who make diners feel welcome, Old Mill Country Kitchen is a must-try for anyone craving home-cooked meals.
