Thank you for reminding me why I never ever go to KFC. $9 got me the 2 smallest, most soggy pieces of chicken with some rudeness on the side. I'll never go back to this location much less another KFC ever. Waste of time and money. SMH

Manger on shift at 1:56 was extremely rude and said they fix my order they messed up on Jan 1 2025 if I would come back up there the next day but the manger was rude and said she wouldn't make it right as far as I'm concerned they have lost more business and I will not be returning and I'm calling corporation on them to lazy to hire people that are willing to work always having to wait because their sorry to hire people to run the store best bet is to have them shut down completely

I only have 2 words to say about the food here: FOOD POISONING. $44 for chicken and 3 sides, I barely finished eating and was so sick, Nothing tasted good. Won't go there again!

Only reason I'm giving this a 2 star is because the lady that took my order was super nice. Order 3 famous bowls, no cheese was put in any and it seems 1 chicken tender was cut up and put in per bowl. My chicken Littles weren't plain like I asked. Wasn't busy so idk what the issue was.

I paid 38 dollars almost 40 dollars for a family 12 piece meal the girl at the window gives me my food after about 25 minutes of waiting on a mobile order I get home and there is only 10 pieces of chicken I call they asked would I like to come back to get the other two then offers me 6 pieces of chicken due to me having to drive all the way back to kfc for their mistake the lady at the window I'm assuming is the supervisor heard me say I had chicken left off says I need the other two I tell her I was offered 6 she then ask who said that never asked who left the chicken out in the first place sends the chicken out in a box it was 3 pieces of chicken this place is unprofessional I spend a lot of money here but after today never again and I put a picture of the B's they gave me

We made a pickup order in the app. When we went ti pick it up we ask if the pot pie was in the bag 2 times and the manager assured me that it was. I got home and the pot pie wasn't in the bag and to gravy on the potatoes. At least the manager called and told us that she had the pot pie and that she was tired because she worked all week. We paid $36 for an 8 piece meal and pot pie combo and 2 things were wrong. Check your bags and also the place smells like crap inside.

Dirty the two times I've been there. I ordered at drive through. They said come back around in 5 minutes? Wtf? Left out my fries that i paid for, so basically ripped me off. Yeah maybe hire some people who actually care.

The last 2 times I have visited this location in Opelika, they leave items out of the order . The food was great. But this drive-thru only service is not great. 23 October 2024, everything was very clean and the food was great. The young lady that waited on me was so very nice.
