Dirty the two times I've been there. I ordered at drive through. They said come back around in 5 minutes? Wtf? Left out my fries that i paid for, so basically ripped me off. Yeah maybe hire some people who actually care.

The last 2 times I have visited this location in Opelika, they leave items out of the order . The food was great. But this drive-thru only service is not great. 23 October 2024, everything was very clean and the food was great. The young lady that waited on me was so very nice.

We just left the Opelika, Al KFC. We ordered at the drive through. My husband ordered a 3 piece meal with breast only. He received 2 breast and a very small wing even after paying the upcharge. Included in his "meal" was a bowl of gravy with no potatos, a lump of hard dough for the biscuit and inedible Cole slaw. So he paid altogether $13 with tax for 2 chicken breasts. Totally unacceptable,folks, save your $$. We will go to Churches or Chester's.

Placed an online order which confirmed location and pick up time, went to go pick it up and was told “system is down, it’s not here” so I park to check and it’s showing it is there so I go inside to see what I can do.
I am immediately met with the most unwilling and hostile manager I’ve ever met. She kept telling me I was wrong even though I had it pulled up on my screen and so I asked if she could just make it if I show her and she says in a loud and agitated voice “YOURE NOT LISTENING” so at this point I’m frustrated by the utter lack of customer service happening that I just ask for a refund which she says “I have nothing to do with that, that’s all online.” So I ask for corporates number which managers are suppose to have she again becomes hostile and agitated shaking her head saying no nope don’t got it. Trust I found corporates number and filed a complaint and will never be back to this location. So thank you to the manager working on 10/3 at 1pm bc you have completely shifted my plans to ever get lunch from here again.

I ordered food on DoorDash and my food was old and not hot. Also, I ordered a gallon of passion fruit starry which tasted like watered down pink lemonade. I returned the drink to have it remade due to it being a gallon and when I got home there were smalls bugs inside the container which I felt was purposely done. The lady was has the crossed eyes is the woman who call herself remaking the drink.
Went to drive thru and ordered a family meal with an extra side. Paid for the food and then we were told we Had to wait 1o minutes while they cooked more chichen. When we got the order they missed up on the sides. They gave us macaroni and cheese instead of mash potatoes and gravy. They told us to keep the Mac and cheese and them came back to the window requesting the Mac and cheese back which I thought was non sense since we had to Wait for the chicken.

Stopped by to buy dinner for my family of 4 after my daughter’s softball practice. I ordered a 12pc family meal that came with 3 sides. I asked for Cole slaw, Mac n cheese, and green beans as my sides. The lady asked me 3 different times to verify my sides. Once at the speaker and twice at the window. It was still wrong. I was given mashed potatoes that no one in my house eats, and I did not get the Mac n cheese that I paid for. Highly pissed.

Around 4:45 I went through the drive thru and a young woman was the most polite and mannerable person. They were very quick and the order was right and very good. I wish all fast food experiences were like this. She needs a raise.

They are always out of something and they're too lazy to make more. After paying for $65 worth of food for a family event online, they didn't care to call the number and inform us of outages. They just let you go up there thinking the order is ready, when it's not. They also have terrible attitudes like it's our fault they work there. If you don't have customer service skills, then don't work for a place that needs those skills!

Been going here for years but over the last couple this place has really gone downhill. Their attitudes and customer service are horrible. They never have food ready and are unwilling to make more. They just say they’re out or to come back in 15-20 minutes. When you do get to order they don’t care what you ask for. They just put whatever they want in a box and sling it out the window to you. Last 2 times I’ve gone for a famous bowl. (Potatoes, gravy, chicken, cheese, and corn) they left the corn and cheese out on one. The second they left the chicken out. Last time we pulled up to the drive through we were yelled at and told “I got 20 people in this damn lobby so the drive through is closed for now, you gone have to come inside if you want food from here”. It’s to the point now where it’s worth it to drive all the way to Auburn to the other location instead of dealing with these lazy, rude workers and I live 2 minutes from it. This place needs all new management and staff.
