Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered 3 pizzas last night stuffed crust with pepperoni and bacon my wife order was supposed to be a pepperoni pizza and instead of that she got a cheese pizza well along that my stuffed crust had the wrong crust and had so much garlic taste and they gave me the wrong damn order the coworker was more worried about talking to his friend and paying attention to him then our order so I will not be coming back to this place for a while cause the coworker needs to be retrained or pay more attention to the damn order. So you guys need to do better and as of right now you just lost a good customer period.

Went to the drive through...so I guess the customer service is only if you come in at certain time🙃 the puffs were good though very hot and fresh.

Janice is the best! She runs her store like a PRO and the service / quality is always very good. When I need a quick lunch and I want some pizza with a good crunchy crust I know where to go. It is the best location I’ve ever been to, and I’m always excited to pick some up. Thank you Janice. You make little Caesar’s great

Luke the General Manager @Opelika Little Caesar’s has a very nonchalant attitude & personality that’s not for fast food , I simply explained to Luke that no bacon was added on my food & simply gave an nonchalant answer about portions , Yes I understand but when you barley put any meat on my bread & i'm paying for it is insane . Explained to him that this has happen before & he didn’t show any mercy , WHAT is he a manager for if he can show the nonchalant attitude but if i made a scene it wouldn’t be a different story . SAD excuse as a manager ! A small situation that could have been fixed tuh !

Spoke with manager last night and she wasn't helpful at all. Went in today to speak with manager and still didn't resolved my issue. Called corp and was told my concerns would be forward to the manager still no help. Food is always wrong, bland and poor, people rude and unhelpful.

Have eaten here before and never have been impressed with the service or cleanliness of the establishment. Ate there recently and got food poisoning from the pizza. Stay away from this little Caesars.

Yesterday the 19th I bought two pizzas, the workers were very rude and in the end they gave me the pizza they wanted to give me, excusing that they didn't understand me, my English is perfect and in the end the pizzas were raw, here I leave a photo, you judge

I pulled up hungry for pizza. A female employee came out to feed a stray dog with her bare hands. She went right back behind the counter and started working the drive-through line. The dog then proceeded to beg for food from other customers in the drive-thru. I did not see hands washed; I'd have to assume they were not. I've never seen this at a restaurant before. We turned and left, never to return to this location. I don't know how management would allow that. Feeding animals right in front of the store is not sanitary. 3/9/2025 @6:30ish central. Employees here always come through for me, no matter what nonsense they've had to deal with that day. Little Caesar's is cheap, fast pizza. And for cheap, fast pizza, this location gives it their best.

The staff on 12/28/24 purposely gave me burnt bread sticks the manager was sitting on the floor and got up and served me because she has a personal vendetta against me food had grease dripping.before that she gave me cold wings felt like they were refrigerated
