The front gal Kimberly was so sweet! She was very attentive to us. And what I loved about her is that when there weren’t any customers, she was tidying up the place. Pushing in chairs, refilling crackers, wiping up tables. I feel like most employees are always on their phone when customers aren’t present. Newk’s really does have a great employee and I hope management sees this review. Thank you Kimberly!!

We have been going to Newk’s for years! The food is always great, no matter what we order. And the workers are always friendly and polite. The only thing I would ask for is if you could bring in your plastic cub back in and pay for a refill, kind of like Fuzzy’s does. Us regulars already have a stack of them saved from previous visits, ha!

The lady taking our order was so patient and helpful. Our food was fresh and wonderful. The French dip was one of the best French dips we have ever had. The loaded potato soup was missing bacon buts but they gave me some when I asked. The staff were so nice. It was near closing time when we went but they never acted that way or made us feel rushed. They refilled the pickles on the bar just for us.
