The food was decent but the customer service was not existent. I'm not exaggerating. They weren't even busy but we never really had a dedicated server. It was just several random people. We didn't receive straws, napkins or silverware. No refills were offered. Every time we needed something, we had to get up and go find someone. It does take a minute to place your drink and food orders. I had to order three different entrees because they were out of certain ingredients in the items I had ordered.
I've never actually been to a restaurant that screwed up nachos, but Buffalo Wild Wings exceeded expectations in that.
