Starbucks Coffee Company provides a varying experience for its customers. Some customers have had excellent experiences, with staff being very friendly and providing fast service. The baristas are always super friendly, even when it is super busy. A customer had a great experience with a shift manager who had a great personality and attitude. Another customer appreciated the staff checking in on them after a power outage and offering a refresher. However, some customers have had disappointing experiences, with employees not acknowledging them or providing poor customer service. One customer had issues with their order, including a Venti Pink Drink and a Strawberry Frappuccino that did not taste right. Despite this, the company has staff that go above and beyond, such as when a customer fell in the parking lot and an employee got them an ice pack and checked in on them. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company has its ups and downs, but it has staff that can provide great customer service.
