IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE ONE, I WOULD!!The last 4 times I have ordered from this store have been the absolute worst. And when I have tried to call, I never get an answer. My order is ALWAYS wrong and they owe me AT LEAST $20 for failing to include chips and queso, a 4.25 coca cola, and just plain chips on NUMEROUS occasions, without a way to rectify the situation. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Whoever runs this Chipotle clearly doesn’t care. This location is constantly backed up, disgusting, and out of food because they’re improperly staffed. Maybe if you were properly staffed, some of these things would improve and so would your rating. As someone who runs a business, you have to staff to meet demands and needs of your customers, whoever runs this location clearly doesn’t understand that.

Restaurant was filthy! They were out of all vegetables. All they had was meat, salsa and some lettuce. Tables were all dirty. Trash cans running over. Trash on the floor. Glass doors were nasty and needed to be wiped down. I've been in several Chipotle's and have always had a good experience. Today's experience was horrible. I hope the manager or owner reads this before they go out of business.
