Food was good, floor was ice scating slippery, cockroach in the mens room. Reported it but nobody did a damn thing only acting surprised.
They make you wait at the drive thru and no one ever answers. It’s 9 o’clock and it’s suppose to be 24 hours. They need a new management team or something. Good thing I didn’t preorder on the app.! And the worst part of it all is that you see the employees walking around through the kitchen, with no care whatsoever.
There is always trash when I go in all over the floor it's greasy on the counter tops, food never has salt on it most of the time. And like now it's 2pm and the doors are locked they won't answer the phones and I have a mobile counter order. This specific location has no rhythm no sense of how to operate their employees are so rude to each other is unbelievable that we as customers have to see it, and further more I can't stand that anytime I have a issue they always have a problem...read full review
