Fast and friendly. We live right down the street and get desert here a lot. We usually go through the drive thru so I’m not sure about the inside atmosphere but the drive thru is your typical drive thru. My only suggestion is to put more toppings in the blasts. I feel like it’s getting less and less.
The older gentleman (im assuming its a family owned and thats the dad) was so nice to me and i appreciate that more than anything. My cup holder broke with my drink in it so it spilled everywhere and when i went back to get another one the man recognized me aksed whats wrong i briefly told him why i was back so soon his response was "no problem my friend" told the son to make me another one and he did it with a smile. He didnt have to do that but he did without hesitation....
The lady in the Drive-Thru had a super bad attitude, I asked you my order and said it was my first time here and when she said what I like to drink I said I would like Barq's root beer, she said what is that I said the root beer she was like she don't know what that is I said root beer is right here in the menu, then she said I don't think we have that pull up to the window, I said okay and pull up to the window and proceeded to ask me again what that was and she...
