Spanky’s Stack House offers a wonderful food and service experience. The breakfast/brunch meals are a highlight, with the French toast w/mixed berry sauce described as amazing, and the pancake stack noted as fluffy and delicious. The coffee is delicious with a rich taste and no bitter aftertaste. The cowboy skillet with steak, potatoes, onion, and two eggs over easy has a great flavor, with potatoes cooked perfectly. The Reuben with fries is also a good choice, with a crispy bread and well-cooked fries. The spankys skillet is a huge portion for a great price. The hot honey fried chicken and waffles features a unique bubble waffle with great consistency, and the original pancakes with mixed berry compote and whipped cream are outstanding. Big servings leave guests full and happy. The atmosphere is great, with a nice country atmosphere in what used to be the old red barn, and no tvs which gives the family time to bond. Service is excellent, with engaged and polite staff. Everything is reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend.
