Visited the Opelika location on a Monday and had the fried pork chops, Lima beans, and collard greens. The chops were tender and well flavored, with a nice crust. The limas could have cooked a little longer but were still tender enough, though they could have been improved with a ham hock as could the greens. I understand the concession to a vegetarian/vegan offering but I do miss the fat infused, smokey goodness of real southern vegetables. Try them out, well worth the time.
