High five to Alyssa. She was the only one working when I pulled up to the drive thru. She was busting her butt while two others were found in the parking lot smoking. She never complained or huff and puffed about being alone. Good job Alyssa!
I didn't like the mushroom Swiss too much when it came down to the combo. It was 12.09 if I'm not mistaken with a large meal. The big problem I faced was there were no sauces in the bag when I asked for some I was told corporate won't allow to give them to me without .28 cents which I had already paid for my food. I just wanted a couple of honey mustard packets and they only have four ketchup packets for customers to grab. The problem is I didn't want ketchup,...
A little slower on service here, and the cashier, at the window, seemed to have an unfriendly personality. Think she would have done better in the kitchen maybe instead of dealing with customers. The food seemed to be just chunked into the bags. Hardee's here is definitely best at breakfast time. Never had any problems or complaints at breakfast, but would rather find somewhere else for lunch and dinner. (unless they can do better with their staff)
