ate here today. it took 50 min to get food. then when I got food my burger was wrong. they did make it right by getting me a new correct burger.they were out of coffee to make iced coffee. cashier also seemed to not know what utensils were either when asked for some utensils. I also asked for bag to put our food in the cashier was confused also.
Brady is an extremely well mannered and customer satisfaction strived employee. Very eager for you to enjoy your visit. Dined in; lobby exceptionally clean, food was delicious and the staff in the back seems to get along extremely well.
This was my first time eating at a Jack's. The food was excellent. And I love the chicken. Very good.
