I'm bad with names but I think the night managers name was Brian... Had an issue when I ordered through the app and it selected the Opp location instead of Luverne. Brian went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order when I got there. Even though they mixup wasn't their fault, he offered to remake anything that wasn't warm or fresh enough and even offered to refund the tip I gave on the order. I went to the resturant after I called and this guy named Bryan took my order....this little fellow needs a raise!!...he was so polite very sweet gut and tremendously helpful with the questions I asked!..I don't know the cooks name that made my pizza melt...but that was the best thing from pizza hut I ever eat!!...I called Bryan back and told him...I wanted to commend he and the cook for the best food and the very friendly and sweet service they give me!...thank you again you...read full review

I am not one to complain… And the pizza was delicious, but the girl making the pizzas was not wearing gloves. This will be my last time eating there if they don’t start using gloves when preparing food. ?
