So I came today to get 3 big jack combos. When I went thru the drive thru no conversation like a greeting. After I started driving off I tasted the ff and they weren't even hot so I went inside and told the lady who at first gave me 1 fresh new fry then j explained it's 3 ff. Never said one word to me. Once got home my burger was cold. Not the best 2nd impression.

Dirty tables, rude front counter girl who told us they were out of sauce meanwhile the other workers are handing out sauce left and right. We’re given a 1 inch crispy piece of crust as a chicken tender. By far the WORST.

Asked Dasher driver to make sure shakes were full because the last three times I ordered shakes they were 3/4 full. Same thing this time. Dasher asked to make sure they got full and employee stated they are as full as they are going to be. Great shakes but would like to get what I paid for. Service is horrible. This was the last time I eat at Jack's in Opp Al. Andalusia AL has better service and shakes are made the same (full) everytime. I have pictures of the shakes as well. Wish i could post them here.

I’ve ordered the bacon burger every time I’ve went to jacks and for the past quite a few times they’ve failed to put BACON on my BACON cheese burger I mean seriously what’s the point in calling it a bacon cheeseburger and there not being any Bacon on it ?!!!!!!!!

This place is CONSTANTLY out of things like constantly. Today they don't have ice, or salads.... The other day no soda. In fact the soda thing seems like a weekly freaking occurrence. Once they were out of bacon. The consistency of food is awful. They constantly forget things. It's really the worst Jack's I've had to deal with on a regular basis. They honestly should be a Wendy's that's how bad it is ?

I just left Jacks where I was waiting for someone to take my order. An older lady asked where the rest of their order was and a young woman behind the counter with a wireless headset called to the back to ask about the order. Someone responded that they were working on it. The young woman said something out loud I couldn’t understand, then a gentleman stood beside her and said something in a low voice to her and she loudly responded “I was just asking about the order!!!” I walked out because I felt uncomfortable and bad for the older woman waiting in her order. It was very awkward. I won’t go back in there.
