Twice I've had food delivered from here and both times I was missing part of my order.

The consistently worst BK location I’ve ever experienced. If you order breakfast on the app during business hours, half the time you arrive to pick up your order they’ll have a sign taped to the kiosk saying they aren’t open until an hour or two later. Breakfast can be good on occasion, but burgers are always both burnt and cold somehow.

Very dissatisfied with the lady at the window today at 1025 am I went 2 drive for a cup of water and she told me they had bottled water for 2 28 I asked for a cup of water what would it cost u 2 give me a cup of tapped water like are u serious keep your 228 never again and I usually go here when the other big guy is there been here a few times but she really pissed me off it's like 90 degrees u shouldn't have to pay for a water cup

Surfer dude can't get it right but really, do they ever? Stoned much? It's on me though because it did not take get out of the bag and then out of the wrapper and open up the sandwich and make sure it had on it what I said I wanted no I waited until I got to the car reached into the bag and wondered what that little clot was. I'm not sure when the Whopper Jr became the size of a sausage biscuit, wrapped tight as a baseball. Brought it back inside and red hair pony tail don't give a damn. It's like it's the first time he's ever heard you might put cheese on a Whopper Jr. He was also very confused that I didn't want a 43 grams of a sugar drink with that! Do not go here. They Don't care and apparently have no reason to. I know it seems like a small thing but when you think it's going to be consistent and it's not and it's just horrible and the service is horrible then it's horrible. I am going to spend 2 hours of my life tomorrow on the internet and on the phone letting the people who might care about the franchise know what it's like to be dumb enough to order a Whopper jr WITH CHEESE at the beach from Burger King! Where you can't have it your way in Orange Beach.

The staff at this location (Springhill) is always courteous and efficient. My food was fresh and prepared properly. This is a well managed restaurant.

Tiffany is by far the best employee at this Burger King. It's very clear that she takes pride in doing a good job, and providing good service. After a few times of me getting the same thing she knows exactly what I'm getting every time I walk in and makes sure that everything is perfect, and nothing is forgotten.
