Our 1st time trying Cobalt, had heard great things! I got fried fish & shrimp off the lunch menu & P got the crab & scallop cakes off the appetizer . when it came, his "cakes" were 3 fried balls of mush! No texture or taste! Like fried stuffing mix. Our waiter, Wes, made our anniversary dinner memorable and special! The food was amazing! I had a delicious white bbq pork tenderloin and my husband's filet was succulent. The atmosphere and views can't be beat.
I had the worst experience here Sunday 9/21. Waitress was slow and not a friendly people person at all. My order of fried fish/shrimp/oysters combo had to be the poorest excuse of fried fish ever. It was like very small, rubbery fish sticks. Gordon's frozen sticks would have been better. The service and quality of food has definitely dropped off here. Nothing like it used to be.
