The lady that was working there was extremely rude. Place was busy and she was rude to another coworker. Won’t be back.

Went in for free sample, walked out with 3 slices of fudge. Great variety of fudge and other sweets.

The lady at the fudge/apple register is absolutely the rudest person I've met in the food industry! After waiting in line for 15 minutes and she goes next and I say hey I have a pickup order and then get cut off and get told that I needed to go outside and get in line like everybody else is absolutely mind-boggling I've only set in the line in here for 10 to 15 minutes nobody else is standing here and you look at me and say I can help who's next if you're having that bad of a day or you're just that rude of a person in general you probably should find another job not dealing with the general public 10/10 won't be back as long as I see that horrible definition of a person standing at the counter!! I feel sorry for all the other employees who have to work besides somebody like that

Ice cream was very good. It was crowded but the line moved very quick. Lots of different flavors to select from!

The best ice cream, chocolates and candies in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. The service is impeccable. Faith helped me find everything on my shopping list and packed everything to travel back to my condo. Try the dark chocolate coconut clusters and the raspberry truffles.

My husband and I were walking around and saw the sign for fudge and just had to walk in, despite knowing it would have to sit in our car for several hours. We got inside and was already knew of two slices that we would have to purchase, but was debating a third when we were approached and offered a sample (seriously, perfect timing). We asked for the one we were debating on and the lady cut it, but also cut a different one that she thought we would like even better. She was right. Easy decision made! As I said previously, they did have to sit in our car unfortunately. Thankfully, it survived and we were able to have fudge with our wine back at the hotel!

They had the best handmade ice cream.

Kilwins Ice Cream offers a wide variety of ice cream flavors, chocolates and candies, ice cream toppings, and fudge. I went on July 2, so there was an unusual increase in customers for the upcoming holiday. My ice cream was delicious and my husband loved his waffle cone. It was even still warm! Lost one star because we waited in line for 45 minutes and there were no prices on the menu.

Having visited several of the Kilwins Ice Cream establishments across the country, we were not let down here either! We enjoyed the friendly staff, as well.

Magenta was very helpful, kind and caring. I have a food allergy with gluten. Magenta helped me with what I was able to have.

Super friendly staff! Also they have so many cute little gift baskets for upcoming occasions such as Halloween and fall. Love this store.
