We ordered ice cream after a day at the beach. It was very good! Service was fantastic and everyone was smiling and friendly. Was a little pricy for a family of 5 paying about $50 for ice cream but nonetheless it was really good. Couldn’t afford to come all the time but since we were just visiting it was fine and they definitely still deserve 5 stars.

We visited Kilwin's Ice Cream at The Wharf in Orange Beach, and despite the crowd, the staff kept the line moving efficiently. When it was our turn to be served, they were friendly and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. The ice cream itself was fantastic—great tasting, and our kids absolutely loved it. The prices were fair too, which was a nice bonus. We’ll definitely be back next time we're in town!

A small but clean and cheerful shop with a nice selection of sweets.
Staff (Anne Russell) was friendly and helpful. I appreciated her letting me see the ingredients list for items in the case, as I have food sensitivities.
