Mediterranean Sandwich Co. Orange Beach offers excellent food and service in a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant provides a great mix of Greek and Cajun cuisine. Recommended meals include the Redneck Gyro Hercules, the mixed grilled Hercules portion, the Greek salad, and the bacon carbonate as a side. The food is hot, delicious, fresh, flavorful, and prepared quickly. The tzatziki sauce is vibrant and tangy. There are a lot of vegetarian options. The staff is incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful. The owners take the time to stop by and ask how everything is. The restaurant is spacious, well organized, spotless, and has a warm atmosphere. It is a great choice for something to break up the usual steak and seafood fare in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Every meal has been amazing, and the menu is thoughtfully put together. The quality is exceptional, and the care and dedication of the owners is reflected in the manager and the entire staff. This location deserves five stars and will be on the vacation restaurant rotation.
