“My first time here since they changed ownership, then the name and finally the management and then the remodel which looks good. It sounds like a new place all together but it's a complicated story. Formerly Anchor Bar & Grill this restaurant has an interesting back story and evolution, read here: Avenue Pub in is a waterfront restaurant located at Hudson Marina in Terry Cove. They have an inviting atmosphere with a relaxed vibe, making it a great spot for enjoying good food, eight craft beers, and some interesting and delish signature cocktails. The menu at Avenue Pub features an original take on pub classics, made with fresh locally sourced ingredients. The menu isn't huge but the stuff I've had had been spot on. The salads are fresh and tasty, outstanding burgers and the grouper fish & chips is fantastic. The atmosphere has a laid-back setting with plenty of spots to watch sports on TV and with its bay front location, the spot offers stunning views all around. Overall, Avenue Pub offers a unique dining experience that combines delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and beautiful views. Bottom line: Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices so whether you're looking for a casual meal or a place to enjoy drinks with friends, this place is definitely worth a visit. Recommended! “I am going to start off by saying that I have been hearing about O’Choppers for a while, so making sure we went before we left town was a must. I am glad we did! It is an Irish Pub in every sense. I was with a very large group of friends. By large, I mean 20ish. We worked our bartender all night ordering Irish Car Bombs and they were freaking amazing! They were the perfect ratio of stout, Irish whiskey, and Baileys. I’m not sure how many we ordered throughout the night, but I strongly suspect it was more than they’ve seen in a while. It was a good time and we will be back! Thanks for putting up with us!“

“Enjoyed our outing Tonight with some great Food. I was too hungry and forgot to get a picture. If you haven't been in a while go check them out. They have a new revamped Menu with great choices to choose from!! Saturday had Lots of Football specials to choose from, even $1.50 Drafts. “I’ve come here a few times so far and really enjoy the bar. The owner runs the place herself and is very friendly and the service is great! Definitely a great place to go for pool and axe throwing, they also have cornhole and darts too! drinks and food aren’t overpriced like a lot of places around. My girlfriend and I will be going here every chance we get.“
