This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment. I ordered a pizza online from the Sbarro inside Cumberland Farms, and when I arrived, there wasn’t a single person in sight. I could see an employee using a squeegee on the floor in the reflection of the oven, but she ignored me completely as I called out over and over. Meanwhile, the clerk at the convenience store register actually told me to “be quiet” when I was just trying to get the food I had already paid for!
When the employee finally did show up, she was wearing headphones and couldn’t have cared less that I had been waiting. No hello, no apology, no thank you—just total indifference. And the pizza? Absolutely disgusting. Beyond nasty. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting out forever.
This place is a joke. Zero respect for customers, zero effort, and food that isn’t even edible. I’ll never order from Sbarro again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about it.

Well. Sbarro Pizza So Cool. My Favorite Pizza Is Cheese. My Girlfriend Julie Loves It.
Pizza was good, but man oh man the person working could have been a bit more welcoming. I love Sbarro, and eat it all the time at the Pensacola location. I was so happy to find this one while on vacation. Unfortunately, I do not think I'll be back. And I wish they had the side salad and spaghetti options, it's just pizza.
Parking: It's located in a gas station, but it's very roomy and clean.
