The Starbucks in Orange Beach & the Atmore, AL both did not have the Dolche Syrup & Peppermint Syrup. The Atmore store also didn’t have the Venti size cups for my Iced Match Tea, so I asked if they could put it in the Venti coffee cup & I was charged the same amount as that size cup which is smaller than the Venti sized Cup.
I’m not sure why there’s a shortage on these items & why it’s @ different locations that far apart from each other.

It makes no sense how they are doing mobile orders. They are not allowing you to go inside to pick up but instead have to wait in a line of 20+ cars and they CLAIM they don't start your order until you get to the call box. We are visiting from Gatlinburg, a big tourist area, and they are doing mobile orders as expected and managing physical distancing, guess that is to much for this location to figure out. Guess it will be a Starbucks free week for me.
