I came here on vacation meeting two online friends for the first time & this place exceeded my expectations. Delightful service, ice cream & beignets were amazing. Not a singular negative thing to say.

Don't listen to the negative remarks... The staff is awesome and the food is delicious. I ordered beignets with caramel and the were covered with delicious caramel sauce!

You get less than a teaspoon of topping in a 4tbsp container cheapskates bad service but awesome beignets

The most delicious onion rings I have had in my life, crispy outside and melty inside. The little lady behind the counter is just as sweet and capable as a person could be. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She took my order and I had my food in 6 minutes! Plus the claw machine is one of the fair ones, and I was able to win a prize. This is the best time I have had on my lunch break in a while. Please check it out!

Rude staff. Wouldn’t let 2 people share a drink because they would “loose 2 dollars.” Food is okay, but gas station average. Felt rushed to order, Wouldn’t recommend! (P.s. food is EXPENSIVE!! One 2 inch bar of chocolate was 15.99 and hamburger 18.99!!!)

Ms. Susie made my food so well & she was just so kind & full of joy!! She carried the joy of the Lord in that place & i felt so welcome!!! You can tell she is so passionate about her job, it’s in her attitude, gratitude, & out look! Tim was also working & he was so wonderful! Considerate, friendly, & patient with my family with 2 little ones there! Thank you both for making our experience in Orange Beach one we will NEVER forget!!

20 minutes till closing and all the workers were SO RUDE and rushing us to get out. terrible service and workers don’t wanna work.

Mom (aka Ms Susan) took such good care of us. Food was incredible! Service was quick and food was amazing for the price. Low price, seriously tatsy food and FABULOUS service. BEST place at the Wharf! Treat yourself beyond worth it!

Ice Cream was Amazing

I came into the sugar shack not knowing anything about the place. I left Feeling like I had known them my whole life. Darrell was so nice. (More fries Darell, lol). If you visit Orange Beach and especially the Wharf, go check em out. Oh yeah, food was great too. Burger and fries was a burger and fries.
