We ordered the same thing that we always do...the teriyaki chicken and we did NOT get that. The chicken has NO teriyaki flavor. We ordered from the OCR location. There is NO phone number listed. I googled Asian Express and got a phone number for the name of the place, but the person that answered put someone else on the line and sh ew did not understand what I was asking and she hung up on me!! I called back several times and I even blocked my number once and they would not answer my calls. I am NOT happy about this. I live in Guntersville, or I would have went back there to complain. This is very unprofessional!!!

I am pretty sure they gave me somebody’s left over lunch, chicken was hard as a rock, I got a tablespoon of rice ( wasn’t hot or fresh) just save the money and go someplace else.

Make sure you go inside to see the food before they pack it up. I went through the drive-thru and was given the remnants of yesterday's chicken possibly. It was absolutely disgusting. I don't like leaving posts like this but it's important to warn. It's either a hit or major miss!

Great customer service the food was actually good so much more better than Panda Express would ever be the bourbon chicken was pretty good the honey chicken was tasty but way too crunchy the rice and the noodles were great

Came mid afternoon. Got the Kung paid chicken. Tasted so gamey I couldn't eat more than 4 bites. Mall Chinese food but somehow worse. Even the peas and carrots in the fried rice were old and dried out. Nice staff. Awful food.
