We just had lunch at this location. It was the worst meal we've ever had from the franchise!! The chicken tasted like it was burned and the tea was so hot , there was no ice left in the cup by the time we got to our table !!
It's God's chicken who could complain 🤣

Drive thru was slow. Order takers were not friendly at all. Food was below average. It felt like we were at McDonald's. Do better!

The Hampton Cove Chick-fil-A is hands-down the BEST! Every single time I go, they are spot-on… friendly, fast, and just genuinely amazing. My order is always right, the food is fresh and hot, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They somehow keep the line moving quickly even when it’s packed, and they do it all with a smile. Truly the gold standard of customer service. 🙌

It's usually much better, but today, it's was very busy. Took over ten minutes for a salad and kids meal.
Dirty tables, overflowing trash bins, food on floors, next to no condiments at either of the stations. Time was almost one thirty in the afternoon. Dirty tables and floors seem to be the standard for this Chick-fil-A. Over the last four months it has been progressively worse. The chicken sandwich is usually over cooked and barely warm, and the fries are normally not cooked all the way. Have to say, dirtiest Chick-fil-A we have ever been to.

I’ve never had an issue with this Chick-fil-A until today, but this experience was beyond frustrating. We got in the drive-thru line at 10:20 AM—plenty of time to order breakfast. By the time we made it to the speaker at 10:33, they flat-out refused to serve us breakfast. All we wanted were two biscuits and a drink!
What made it worse? We were trapped in their painfully slow drive-thru line with no way to leave, even though they wouldn’t take our order. How is it fair to make customers wait so long only to refuse service when it’s your line that’s causing the delay?
Fix your system—either serve everyone who gets in line before the cutoff or give people a way to exit your ridiculous drive-thru.

Paid $2.25 for a brownie, got home, not in bag. How hard can it be?? Update 2-4-24, ordered 2 cookies, was on receipt, paid for them, got home, only had one! Again, how hard can it be?

Great Chick-fil-A like any other. Never had an incorrect order. Always quick and pleasant service.
Since rebuilding the drive though is much faster. My kids miss the play place.

Crowded and busy. Good food but order is often incorrect due to volume of customers.

It's the same for all the Chick-fil-As. The food is decent, but I don't understand all the hype. Their food isn't great, but it will do in a pinch. But, tons of people rave about them, so I might be the odd man out. If their prices went down, it might be worth it to me.
