The Hampton Cove Chick-fil-A is hands-down the BEST! Every single time I go, they are spot-on… friendly, fast, and just genuinely amazing. My order is always right, the food is fresh and hot, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They somehow keep the line moving quickly even when it’s packed, and they do it all with a smile. Truly the gold standard of customer service. 🙌“

“There was this slightly chopped kid with the fluffiest hair I've ever seen. He gave me a smile and my food in a matter of minutes, yet we talked about his Ford Ecoboost for at least another 15 minutes. I didn't mind though, as he seemed very proud of his car which gave me a smile. I would highly recommend coming here for the food and great talks.“

“Really good chicken fried in peanut oil. Very similar to Chick fil a but a little bigger and way more options. I enjoyed my chicken Corden bleu sandwich. The tenders were also excellent. The breading is nice and soft with good flavor and juicy chicken. The real star are the fries and the custard. You should absolutely get a bag of these shoestring fries so soft and smashable. We love a good custard and they make a great one. They do mix ins to. The mint Oreo is worth it every time and for chocolate lovers get the Dutch chocolate and add Oreo. Order at the counter. Seating and atmosphere is super typical little exposed brick some written words on the wall concrete uncomfortable chairs nothing bad but no place you want to linger. They do hit you up for a tip when you order which is just wrong for this type of place and will always make me think twice especially since prices are high already, wish they'd pull that down at least for the entry level sandwich. Two people can easily get over 40 dollars on the ticket here. Overall it's a good treat when you are in the right mood or grab some fries and custard for a quick snack.“

“This review is overdue. For the most part, I’ve been consistently happy with ordering from this Chick Fil A. It’s very close to home, and convenient. I recently had an issue with a couple of orders. On the second order that had issues, I was frustrated and left feedback. Not only did the Owner correct the problem, but went over the top making up for it. I was truly shocked, and appreciative. I haven’t had anymore issues. Every business has down days, nobody is perfect. It’s how they react to their Customer in that situation, and I was shown how much my business was appreciated. “Came here to the Huntsville memorial parkways location for dinner and Lee was the one taking my order and ringing me up. She is literally the nicest, sweetest, and her energy is overall so wonderful! She helped me w the menu and gave me the best recommendations of sauce to go with my garlic parmesan tenders. Her service was literally a 100/100! So ofc I had to give her a great review! Will be coming back to this location again!“

“Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite. Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.“

“We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. Kindness goes a long way for the little ones, they remember the small stuff. Thank you Bailey for being awesome!“

“The person who took the order didn't ask for a name and it caused some confusion during the pickup. Also she was the most unenthusiastic employee I've ever seen at a Chick-fil-A. I don't think she's going to be working there long.“
