Bojangles is a welcoming restaurant with friendly and professional staff, particularly in the drive-thru. The dining room is clean and the food is good, with fresh ingredients. The chicken is a standout, and the employees are nice and courteous. The sweet tea is refreshing and the dirty rice is a highlight. The restaurant features biscuits that are as good as those at Hardee's, making it a popular spot, although lines can be long, especially on Saturday mornings.
The dining room hostess Vickie is wonderful, checking on customers and providing a free Bo Biscuit to try. The establishment is known for its excellent service, great quality, and fast delivery.
