“Great experience it was really bad weather and the team was so nice we even talked for a bit after I ate.
The manager on duty Michael gave my daughter a milkshake for coloring a picture and it just made her day he was so sweet.
Food was also really good definitely have to come back now cause my daughter is so excited to come here now.“

“very good service awesome manager brought my wife's dipped cone out as she was finishing our late lunch and I'm a more slower chewer so the young man hung back when he saw me push my basket to middle of the table he had my flipped cone ready to serve I shook his hand and thanked him for great service these guys deserve as much praise as the clinical scientist do for keeping us safe I watch him clean two tables with sanitizer but let customer fully leave I am always stopping in this DQ THANKS AGSIN !!!“

“I loved biscuit express. I was a bored housewife and decided to get a job there, it looked like fun. didn't need the money, just a new set of walls to look at and to get out of the house sometimes, shopping gets old. was threatened almost daily with being written up because of a hypocritical manager who said one thing and did another. one such example was "you can't handle out the food until the transaction it completely done" (paraphrased for space) and yet i read on Facebook how sone guy got his for free because he forgot his wallet. And all of these "write ups" are per owner Brandee Anderson or we are told. now as someone who has been in the fast food industry for over 30 years and only wants to work because she feels like it. I know you need to do something about the management issues, because your Meridianville location is ran by "do what i say and not what I do" managers. aka look at the cameras. want more information call me.. and don't forget your cell phone "policy" you are losing a lot of good money and people because of management, maybe the owner need to ask the staff, ones that have nothing to lose, about it.“

“Every morning I come here and I get a chicken biscuit or a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.
And then I get an ice d coffee. I don't think your iced coffee is very good. I don't even really enjoy it when I get it. I get it every morning. Why do I do that? I can make iced coffee at home. It would take me 30 seconds. But I get the iced coffee here.

“I ran into an issue this morning after I'd already ordered my food. I realized that I had forgotten my wallet for the first time in my life. But when I got to the window, I was told to come back in the next day to pay for it if I hadn't. I don't travel in Gurley very often, but on my way back, I stopped and tried to pay then. However, my phone wasn't working correctly. I was told "Don't worry about it. ". I know it wasn't but for a few dollars, but the humbleness of that manager to not only help me but trust me also helped me appreciate the peace and joy of some people. They're still out there, we just have to find them. What a wonderful person! I'll be stopping there more frequently when I travel through.“

“Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. Watching the other employees around them, it appeared as if everyone was working in sync and the effort was fluid and productive. The 3 ladies were smiling from ear-to-ear and really made our drive-thru experience extremely pleasant. We were on a motorcycle and they took the time to compliment us on having fun. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was fast and the customer service most exceptional. My husband had the Beef & Cheddar and I had the Mediterranean wrap. My husband and I just recently over prior weekend experienced the opposite type of service from a Popeye's in Gurley, AL whereas everyone was arguing at the drive-thru window in front of us and they came outside and continued to belittle their co-workers and we waited a LONG time for food -- we were the only ones in the drive thru! So our experience at Arby's #7851 in Hampton Cove, Alabama just made our day. We will make a point to stop by there more often on our evening motorcycle rides. The entire store must have been trained well because everyone was smiling and even looked like they enjoyed working. Called and spoke to the manager this morning, Amber and she was very professional and courteous. Same for the phone call to corporate when speaking with Debra. “Between here and the converted bus, I've been eating El Cazador's food for about 15 years. I've tried almost all items available, but the tacos are my go-to. Beef cheek, spicy pork, chicken, you name it, it's always delicious, tender, fresh, and full of flavor! I'd like to personally thank the workers there for making all my taco dreams become a taco reality.“

“I went to the Jordan LN location because well I live in the Stovehouse district and Bob Wallace had been closed. Their speaker system was working at the drive thru so I went to a stall to sit there for 20 mins without any acknowledgement. I said screw this I'm going to the Moores Mill location and let's be honest you can tell the employees really care about that location.
I pulled into a stall to be created by a very friendly voice and her name is Samiya. She took my order and brought it out quickly and I explained to her that I was determined to try this new Tropical Heat burger and the Pineapple/Coconut Ice cream situation. I also told her how the Jordan lane location either needs to be shut down or at least renovated because there's always something wrong.

“I wanna leave a review to talk about how nice the man that works at the front counter with a butterfly pin on his hat. He was so kind and polite during their rush-hour while I watched multiple people be rude to him. He still was being so nice and professional, and that is rare in this day and age. I appreciate his customer service and professionalism.“

“I got the 15 PC tender meal w/ 2 sides ($3.00 up charge per side of mac & cheese, that's my complaint) $35 for chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and green beans, passes on up charge. You would think JACK'S would appreciate a customer that spends $40 at lunch. Zero stars for customer perks!!!!“

“Huge thank you to Aaryona! This girl is absolutely amazing. I was having difficulty with a gift card and I called the store very frustrated after speaking with 3 customer care representatives and decided to call the ACTUAL location Aaryona went above and beyond to have my Pizza waiting one me and with no Problems or GIVING me the run around? “I went through the drive-through for lunch today and had an amazing experience. Travis was at the window passing the food out. He has some of the best customer service I have experienced recently. He was guiding traffic to make sure the line was moving properly and remembered everybody’s name while doing so
I am not from the huntsville area, but anytime I am passing through, I will be back just to see him.“

“I usually dont make reviews but this Wendy's is legitimately good. The young lady who got my order was pleseant to talk to, and courteous. The food was the best ive had at a Wendy's. Picture perfect burgers, fries were hot and crispy. To top the whole thing off, the sprite was hittin. Super clean taste and crisp. All in all it was impressed.“

“I had a great experience at LawLers Barbecue. The food was excellent, with flavorful barbecue and delicious sides that tasted fresh and homemade. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great service. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and treated like a valued customer. “I had a great experience at the Arby’s in Jones Valley today! Chelsie took my order and was absolutely delightful—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. She made choosing my meal easy and even put a smile on my face with her positive attitude. It’s nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome just by being themselves.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the food—it tasted fresh and satisfying without that heavy fast food feeling. I ordered a few lighter items from the menu, and they really hit the spot.
The service was quick, and everything was clean and well-kept, including the women’s restroom, which was spotless (a detail that really makes a difference when you’re dining out). Big thanks to the folks behind the counter and behind the scenes—the food was great, and your efforts didn’t go unnoticed.

“Rolled into this establishment looking for something to take the edge off until dinner. The place was empty, except for two (2) employees in the dining room. It appeared that one of them was a senior manager because he was in civilian clothes talking with a lady that appeared to be the manager who was wearing the Hardees garb. Service was decent and everyone greeted me with a smile and comment. Don't know if this was the norm, or it was happening because of the 'players' in the dining room. Either way it was appreciated. Order process was fast, and efficient. I ordered what I thought was a Kids Chicken Tenders meal but when I looked inside the bag all that was there were two (2) pieces of Chicken? If I recall correctly the Chicken tenders were listed on menu wall right under the Kids Meal so I assumed that it would include a drink, juice etc and fries... Well now I know it does not. My bust. Frankly the tenders were nicely cooked, fresh and hit the spot. The physical spot looked worn and sure needs some updating. Would try again just to verify the service. Nice work though on this visit.“

“This Zaxby’s is always good. But today it was the best ever!!! There was a new manager working , his named was Cody and he spoke to everyone. The atmosphere was so upbeat and all the employees seemed to be enjoying their jobs . They all made eye contact and were so polite and friendly . I think the person working the counter was Hillary . “Since the woman in the payment window threw my change down on the ground and didn't care, then came over to the delivery window where she confronted me "about what I said" which was "why the F### did you throw my change on the ground", I will never eat at Wendy's again. If this is the trash that you employ, then what is the point? There are polite employees across the street at Whataburger. I'm sorry, this is a joke of an employer.“

“It's a mixed review bc the food is always great, the staff always quick and courteous. My order was just wrong. I ordered a 9 piece spicy tender and got huge pieces of chicken instead. I always get tenders because I'm not a fan of regular chicken. I just wish the order had been correct. I didn't eat the bone-in chicken but my husband had some which he said was good as usual. I just wish I had something to eat also. But like I said, still a great spot!“
