Fast service & very friendly personnel.
I come through the drive thru every day with my two kids and our little monkey I’m bottle feeding for a zoo . There is an older gentleman ( don’t know his name ) that works often in the drive thru and I just wanted to tell him thank you . Wendy's in Hampton Cove is known for its heavenly tasting burgers that customers can't stop raving about. Many diners enjoy great food served hot, and the employees are always super nice, providing prompt and accurate service. The management encourages teamwork, which contributes to the friendly atmosphere and correct orders. However, some diners were disappointed with the portion size of the vegan cheese on their fries, feeling that it was not enough to fully enjoy the dish. Additionally, a customer faced challenges with mobile ordering at the drive-thru during rain, highlighting a need for more options for those with disabilities.
The restaurant has received mixed reviews recently. Some customers have reported issues with order accuracy and long wait times, as well as concerns about portion sizes, particularly with the fries. However, one customer praised the pleasant staff, delicious burgers, and excellent fries and Sprite. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also noted positively.
