Service was good. Staff friendly. Brunswick stew had way too much black pepper in it. Could only eat half a bowl out of half gallon ordered. I should have tried it before ordering that much.
The last 2 times ive ordered you've not added the red sauce even though my receipt clearly says 2 red sauce per Stuffie. You also were supposed to give me extra butter and dud not. Im so tired of not being given what im asking for. I use to love Lawlers but now you guts just seem to do whatever you want not what the customer wants. Im very disappointed 😞
This is the best barbecue anywhere if you ask me! This time, we had 20 pounds ordered via catering and it was hot and ready for us to pick up on the day and time requested. Now, my fault for not checking before I left, but the sauces were not what I had ordered. I had ordered 4 bottles total. 1 white, 1 hot, 2 mild vinegar. I got 3 white and 1 hot. I live 40 minutes away from the closest Lawlers. Because I didn't check, I chose to drive all the way back the next day to exchange...
