3rd time i’ve went and they weren’t able to make something I ordered.
My wife went to the Oxford, AL location and ordered a six count of donuts (which were sweaty and stale), and a promotional $3 Pumpkin Latte. The employee argued with my wife and was extremely rude, refusing to honor the promotion that is advertised not only on the app, and online, but also in the store! Her argument was that the offer had expired on the 15th and that it was the 18th. The promotion should have been honored as advertised regardless, but the advertisement clearly...read full review
