Fuji's used to be the best hibachi around this area. We always had a cook we called Weed and he made the show great as well as the food and he recognized us everytime we ate there. We ate here again last night for the first time in awhile and it was so salty you could hardly eat anything. The cook we loved so much is now gone. I'm not sure what they are squirting on the food, but it can't be good and it tastes bad. It was way too salty and our cook was quiet the whole time, and he kept scraping the grill and it was slinging hot grease onto my arms. I said something twice as it burnt quite bad, but the cook ignored it. Before we left, I had grease splatters all over my shirt and my glass of tea. Someone eating with us asked for a 2nd beer and was told no (it was 9:25PM) I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and we won't ever eat here again. The waiter we had barely spoke English and didn't even know what Michelob was. He was not good either. Poor service.

We enjoyed a day with family and chose Fuji for dinner. They have a cool atmosphere and an robot. The staff sat us quickly and took great care of us. The food is Amazing and so fresh. Drinks are the best in town!! Go there today, you’ll be glad you did ?!!!

Only issue is I wish there was more stars for service. We have eaten at restaurants all over the country from the Palms in Fresno to Hard Rock in Sanfrancisco to restaurants in Ohio and fla and have never got the service we got form our server. He was nice polite well spoken stood off to the side waiting for us to motion for him. It blew our mind. And the food was out of this world and here's the part that is most amazing We got steak rice 4 pieces of Cali shrimp vegetables all for $13.95. Not much more than Burger King. Ten stars across the board !!!!!

The waiter was very slow. I sat down 20 minutes with a soda and no straw or menu. When I received my ticket, he overcharged me twice. It was only me and my two 9 year old kids, and he charged me for 4 adults. It took about an hour+ & finally management before everything was corrected and squared away. Very bad experience. I liked the cook though. He was very funny & entertaining.

Waiting for a Togo order, the young hostesses were eating at front counter, having full conversations with each other, on their cell phones and applying make up! Oh my how our younger workers need a lot of help and guidance from those of us who knows what is acceptable customer service and what's not.

Went here to celebrate my necessary birthday with family and I give everything about the place 5⭐️ We were seated quickly at the hibachi the waiter was very friendly and on top of our needs and wants. The chef was very good very entertaining as well. He made the birthday girls 1st experience with Japanese memorable for her. The food was outstanding very well cooked and very flavorful. We will go back especially if we can have the sa.e chef.
