The staff at this Oxford location know what they're doing! I've never eaten here that the food wasn't perfect. Hot, juicy and crunchy are all my favorite things about food and every bite of this chicken has all three working together in perfect harmony! Ok I have been going to this location on almost every Friday afternoon for over 18 months now. I want to warn you of a couple of things you need to be mindful of when getting takeout or going through the drive through... ALWAYS check for your sporks, if you need one along with your dipping sauces. Way too often those two items are missing from my bag. The staff is always friendly, but it's sad that I have to carry eating utensils in my truck for when I eat KFC.

They left food off my Christmas Eve dinner order; however, later when I noticed and went back they were very apologetic and even offered me free sides to make up for their mistake(I didn't need them). So all and all I know everyone makes mistakes and just very pleased with the fact that they didn't have any problems fixing their mistake even though they were having to work on Christmas Eve.
