I had a reward for a chicken sandwich fries and coke I wasbbring home to my husband, they didn't have a coupon machine so didn't except it it was free. I bought 1b3 1 4 strip chicken didn't get the frys that came with I really got ripped off at the Kentucky fried chicken in Oxford. So dissiponted

It took over ten minutes before anyone ever noticed me in there. I finally placed my order and then was forgotten about. A different employee noticed me still in there waiting after over 30 minutes and starting making my order. The others were too busy talking and goofing off in the back. When we got our food it was disgusting looking. Way over cooked, crunchy breading with no meat. We ordered fried and as I was walking out qas told they didn't have any fries but gave me potatoe wedges, which were also gross. The entire order was practically inedible but expensive. The biscuits were the only thing decent. Only half of the biscuits were rock hard. Horrible food, horrible service.

Went in after placing a online order and they said they stopped dropping chicken after a certain time it was only 7pm they close at 9pm so I had to get what they had of original i ordered crispy and I ordered Cole slaw they forgot to give it to me very disappointed

Ordered food there was not real friendly. No one was in line and they pulled my car up and brought my food out with a bad attitude and didn’t even bring all my food out that I paid for. Do not recommend this KFC. They are not friendly.

I ordered the taste of KFC 4 pc deal with 2 sides and 2 biscuits. I added a 3rd side which was Mac and cheese, and six butter biscuits as well. The special came with 3 pieces of chicken, 1 biscuit and all sides. I checked the other box that had six biscuits only 6 biscuits there. So I'm missing a piece of chicken and a biscuit. Let's get to the taste food was lukewarm and no cutlery for the sides. The chicken taste like old grease, Mac and cheese no taste, and mash potatoes are great. Biscuit that I did have was good.

Been to this location two weeks in a row- between 8:29-8:40. This location closes at 9. Both times I’ve been told they are closed and have walked inside and seen food behind the counter ready to be served. I have filed a complaint with corporate twice. Including tonight. I even made it to the location in Anniston tonight with ten mins to spare where their customer service is AMAZING and I got the food I wanted! I have videos of this. Was told when I filed a complaint their management would reach out and they never did. This location is HORRIBLE. I’m going to post the videos of how I was treated on TikTok also :)
I bought the no. 4 - a 3 piece chicken tender, and tea. Chicken was hard as a rock and very dry, tea tasted like mashed potatoes (bizarre!) And no utensils. Biscuit was very dry. I had to throw mashed potatoes away since I didn't have a way to est them.

Got a #2 extra crispy with fries and a tea. The chicken was disgusting. No flavor other than the old grease it was fried in. Fries were the same way. Only edible item was the biscuit it came with. Tossed it in the trash and had to go somewhere else to get food. Y’all suppose to be the best at fried chicken. I will think twice before ever making another wasted trip( time and money)
