Extremely slow and unprepared. If your a dasher your orders are put off above regular orders.

Ordered food there was not real friendly. No one was in line and they pulled my car up and brought my food out with a bad attitude and didn’t even bring all my food out that I paid for. Do not recommend this KFC. They are not friendly.

I ordered the taste of KFC 4 pc deal with 2 sides and 2 biscuits. I added a 3rd side which was Mac and cheese, and six butter biscuits as well. The special came with 3 pieces of chicken, 1 biscuit and all sides. I checked the other box that had six biscuits only 6 biscuits there. So I'm missing a piece of chicken and a biscuit. Let's get to the taste food was lukewarm and no cutlery for the sides. The chicken taste like old grease, Mac and cheese no taste, and mash potatoes are great. Biscuit that I did have was good.

Been to this location two weeks in a row- between 8:29-8:40. This location closes at 9. Both times I’ve been told they are closed and have walked inside and seen food behind the counter ready to be served. I have filed a complaint with corporate twice. Including tonight. I even made it to the location in Anniston tonight with ten mins to spare where their customer service is AMAZING and I got the food I wanted! I have videos of this. Was told when I filed a complaint their management would reach out and they never did. This location is HORRIBLE. I’m going to post the videos of how I was treated on TikTok also :)

I bought the no. 4 - a 3 piece chicken tender, and tea. Chicken was hard as a rock and very dry, tea tasted like mashed potatoes (bizarre!) And no utensils. Biscuit was very dry. I had to throw mashed potatoes away since I didn't have a way to est them.
Got a #2 extra crispy with fries and a tea. The chicken was disgusting. No flavor other than the old grease it was fried in. Fries were the same way. Only edible item was the biscuit it came with. Tossed it in the trash and had to go somewhere else to get food. Y’all suppose to be the best at fried chicken. I will think twice before ever making another wasted trip( time and money)

Yasmne and Tracia was awesome. There was a problem with pricing but it was not their fault. The board was reading 1199 but the register was reading 13 something. They handle it like professionals. Gave me the difference of the price without any problems. Love that people still know customer service ?? Thank you so much lady's both of you made my day.

First off, everyone working there seems like they may be part of some outreach program. The girl taking our order had the hardest time. There were 2 young girls that work there sitting in the lobby, cussing loudly in everything they said. Got our order, items were missing. Luckily, I checked before we left. Get to the park to eat, and the food is awful. Not to mention, our 8 piece nugget was missing some. I know, I know. 8 is a big number to count to. This whole restaurant is a testament to why some places pay minimum wage. It was awful.

Husband went there 8/8 at 8:48 he had a coupon for 6.00 of the 16 pc meal jet was not given so I call today spoke to a very smart mouth and rude manager (male ) was so so rude lost my business I’m filing complaint with corporate and complaint with better business . If they don’t honor there coupon the why should we continue going there especially when the coupons came from that store . He told me there wasn’t nothing he could do cause he wasn’t there so I told him that I was going to contact corporate he informed me since iwouldnt let him talk I should that . I want spend anymore of our money ever at KFC taking all my business to Jacks . Debra Foster
