The food was okay… although the salads came out on the same plate as the entrée. That’s not ideal from either a food safety or presentation standpoint. I don't know who thinks that's a good idea, but it speaks volumes about kitchen practices. To make matters worse, appetizers should be served first—not lost in the shuffle with the rest of the meal. Horrible service tonight! Waited and then after being seated 4-5 other tables were waited on before us. The manager even asked a big party at a table that came in 15-20 after we were seated if they needed anything and they said they had not been waited on yet. OUR waitress (I found out after the fact) went over and took their order. We left at that point. No excuse. She had been to the table behind us several times and never acknowledged us.

Would not recommend the Oxford Al restaurant. Service was poor to say the least. I order endless shrimp, first time they didn't get order right. Then I order two more and brought one out at a time.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable time, even taking the time to educate children about lobsters. Vanessa and Erica were amazing servicer and absolutely went above and beyond to serve us the experience was very outstanding. Hedi is an excellent server. Danny was a great server and checked on them often. The manager even came by and checked on them to make sure everything was going well. They had the lobster roll and it was soooo good. Red Lobster is a great experience and great customer service.
