Chicken strips had been sitting too long but its fast food what do you expect....5 stars for the great service from the young fella in the drive through. I wish I would have gotten his name. Great attitude and extremely fast service.
Service was good and store and lobby was clean but i order a fresh chicken sandwich and the waite was six mins but this chicken was not right and I dont think its real after i examine it so i threw it away afterwards because its was hard and tough in one spot and the texture was weird

Arby's offers a variety of decent food, although the customer service can be lacking at times. Some enjoy the best chicken salad sandwich ever. Prices may be high for some, but kids love it. The staff is patient and accommodating, even for customers with sensory issues. However, dietary restrictions like the absence of chicken salad can be disappointing for some. This Arby's is located in Love's truckstop, so naturally the atmosphere can be a bit loud at times due to all the traffic. The food is great and the service is quick. Customers received food from people that actually take pride in their profession. Some young ladies are very sweet and amazing, and if a customer asks for no cheddar, there are no issues.
