Haven’t been to Burger King in forever and finally went tonight because I had a coupon. The lady at the window was very personable and friendly and the food quality was more than I expected. I will definitely be back!

If you drive a vehicle that does not fit through the drive-thru you did not deserve to eat or have any service of any type.

Ordered 2 for $5 -2 fish sandwiches. The only good thing I could say is the fish was hot but both fish were dripping grease, the buns were soggy. I asked the lady at the window, who already had an attitude who was a manager, if I could have extra tarter on side and she hands me 2 ranch cups!! RANCH CUPS!! So I tell here and then she looks at me like I’m crazy and says oh we don’t have little cups of tarter sauce.. so needless to say I didn’t get any extra tarter sauce ??‍♀️

I went to get something to eat there before 10:00 at night. No one said anything on the intercom so I pulled forward in the Drive-Thru I looked their hours up and said the hours were clearly posted that the drive through doesn't close till 12:00. I usually don't feel like Burger King I don't know how they've lasted this long but this person could have made a better effort in telling me why they're closed I don't recommend this establishment!!!

The manager Kirk is freaking AWESOME! I visit at least 3times per week. Good food Great Customer svc.

The manager Daniel was so rude that he said we was going to have to pull down and wait 15 mins til he was finished for him to listen to our customer complaint, he slammed the drive thru window not once but twice because he said they was too busy and had a line around the building. He also told us on the intercom that he can stick the original cold sandwich that we was givin' to us, in the microwave instead of fixing another one. I will MOST DEFINITELY will not return and I will be contacting corporate concerning his behavior. I have NEVER seen a manager act the way he acted. I asked for the corporate number and he refuse to give me that, we work at printswell that is LITERALLY 10ft away from you guys and he also lied saying that I was gone for 30mins which I wasn't, I do have a video of this and will be putting it on social media concerning his behavior and to inform other people not to come to this burger King in Pelham.

Waiting for french fries to be cooked so they were very fresh and hot! But burgers were not warm any longer by then.

Waited 20 minutes,Incredibly rude manager.Unwilling to take order, demanded I go to mobile app.I went to McDonald's, they were polite.They must be desperate for good help

Not sure what the employees were smoking, but long story short. Paid for a whopper meal and 8 pc mozzarella sticks. Got some young girl now saying that we owe 43$. We said we already paid and have been waiting for our order. She then said no we ordered "4 whoppers and some double cheeseburgers..." then got mad and rolled her eyes when I cut her off and told her no that is not our order. Repeated what we had ordered and paid for. Finally got whopper meal... not the sticks... waiting again... finally got them. Leave the drive through and look in the bag. The cheese sticks were old and burnt from sitting under the heat lamp so long. Also, I get it is Alabama and probably a bunch of kids working, but they should be able to count to 8. We only got 6pc. Which we couldn't even eat due to how old and burnt. And only 1/2 filled tiny box of fries.

The manager who was working Drive Thru was HORRIBLE!! I have NEVER had such rude, disrespectful and unprofessional service in my LIFE. I will NEVER eat here again. When this BK first opened, it was a management training store and had the best team and food in town.. My how the times have changed..

1 it seemed like an inconvenience that we dared to stop to get food.2 I ordered a double cheeseburger MEAL. she asked what to drink, I said Dr Pepper. Then she said "is that all" and I said no I need a coke zero too.3 when we got to the window we asked for our other drink and she said "your coke zero came with your meal" I said I told you two drinks and one came with the meal. She then says "they dont have a double cheeseburger meal" 4 the food was cold. Pelham BK is TERRIBLE and the workers are the cause.

I got the 3 for $3 deal and as I stepped out the door the bottom fell out of my sack. I went back in and told them and they replaced everything in the sack even though I told him the burger was still in the wrapper and would be fine. My dog enjoyed the extra (free) burger

Not sure why, but the employees are not attempting to social distance, use masks, wear gloves. I'll probably not return until it is safe.
