5 stars for service and food, 1 star for procedure. I placed a large online order. I got here, and parked to come inside. I didn't want to block the drive thru while waiting. Walked to the door, and they're locked. And this is at 6:30 pm on a Saturday. ?? So no choice but to use drive thru. I drove around and wait in the line, and get to the window. I inform them I have an online order. They then tell me to please park and come inside. I said I tried already, the doors are locked. 'Oh, I'll come open it for you.' A lot of wasted time and needless frustration. But, everything else was good.

I've come here for 30+ years since my kids were little kids. Now I come with my teenage grandkids.
If we want fish then CAPTAIN D's is where we go. No, it's not the finest seafood available but it's a great change from ask the other fast-food options in town.
Also, I have found the quality of their servings to be consistent in size and cooked quality.
The customer service varies from person to person but most seen to try and be helpful and, their version of, nice.
The restaurant just always seems dirty and greasy. Can't help there. It just does.
Will I go again even still? Yep.

Captain D's on 119 is my favorite stop on the way home! The food is always fresh, their meal deals are great and the customer service is wonderful! 😁💪Despite the traffic around 4:30, it's easy to get out thanks to the traffic light. 🚦If you haven't tried their original fish, you must—it's delicious!🙌💯👍
I was extremely pleased with not only the customer service, but even the environment and the freshness of my meal was impeccable. I happened to speak with the manager Jeremiah and not only was he very helpful leaving me with no questions, he was in a mood that seemed cheerful which I would call contagious regardless of him working under whatever pressure he may have been under.

This location is beyond slow and the drive thru microphone has been down for at least over a month. With this in mind, they are cooking each order once you drive up to drive thru window one car at a time. This is beyond ridiculous for something to be down so long and should be addressed asap. Management is failing to properly due their job for this to be down so long.

The employees are very comfortable with getting paid and not working. Zero customer service. They dont want the business only the paycheck. Everything is falling apart. Nothing us being cleaned between customers. Thats considered break time for employees. Enforce strict customer service. Actually value your customers. Bring back quality fast food, if not it's only a matter of time. They will be closed imo. They did not earn my business. I won't return to that garbage. Upper Management has to start over at this location for it to survive. It's being run into the ground. Current management is allowing it!

Food upset my stomach 2 hours later Tea was disappointing. Fish was fine. Chicken and shrimp tasted like they had been covered in orka juices. Not pleased. Food was cooked correctly. This particular crew wasn't happy with itself. Not sure if it was new or just incompetent. They have a 86 rating, matches the internal vibe.

No crowd… out of two types of fish. Decided on the 3pc Regular w/slaw and fries. Slaw was room temperature and terrible. One of the pieces of fish was raw near the end of it. Out of sweet tea in dining room. At least service was good and the restaurant was clean.
