On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this particular Captain D's a 10 , my food has been consistently perfect every single time I go to eat , for some where around a year , I go here about every month or two ... The fries are hot and crispy and slaw cool and fresh , crunchy warm hushpuppies and my grilled fish is hot and cooked just right , and I want to thank these guys that are cooking up this good food ... They deserve a raise ...

This remains by far, my all-time favorite Captain D's due to how amazing that the customer service always is! As a matter of fact, I'd say Natavia is the absolute best being how as soon as you enter the restaurant to get waited on by her, she makes you feel right at home! Must I remind you one of the managers (the tall bald headed, bearded guy) is also very courteous!

Missing part of my order. Associate was very RUDE at the front. She acted like she was doing me a favor because I asked for some sauce. I highly don’t recommend this location. Go to Vestavia is the much better location.

Benjamin Franklin installed the old 1700s A drive thru speaker. Of course they can’t get your order right, it sounds like we are communicating with 2 cups connected by a string. Of course they don’t care they got your order wrong. You spent $40 on some dank fish and everyone in the car ordered a drink but you? Makes sense to them, definitely your fault. I wanted a drink and got none. I wanted slaw and broccoli as sides and instead I got attitude and regret. Never again.
