Usually chic fil a has a very high standard of quality. Unfortunately this 119 chic fil a falls well short of that standard. I have never been to a chic fil a that can so consistently get your orders incorrect. If it was something small like the wrong cheese on the sandwich or forgetting to put some ketchup in the bag, no problem. But that’s not what this place does. The only thing you know will be correct is that the meat will be chicken. The worst instance was when they served dish water in a cup. I went back in and I told a man named Jeff that I was served disgusting undrinkable water. I was told “yeah we’ve got an issue with our water right now…. Can I get you a coke instead?” That water is the same water used in making the fountain drinks which means they were serving that to thousands of people that day. It’s pretty crazy that a restaurant was just serving unsanitary water for a whole day. It makes me wonder what else they get away with. Especially a chic fil a.

Was flying a flag on a public sidewalk and nobody was complaining about it . keep in mind I had walked from Florida . I would go in to eat and buy chicken nuggets for my dog.they call the police on me a lied and said my dog was abandoned .then called again and said I was on restaurant property asking ppl for money . which was false I was on a public sidewalk flying my sign . because of tht I nearly died along the rest of the walk .you cannot complain about someone who is exercising there right to freedom of speech on a public sidewalk especially when there not impeading traffic or on the store property .the female manager was very nice .it was one of the lower managers tht was very rude and unprofessional.wish I had his name cuz I would file a complaint with corporate over tht .

Giving 1 Star because they now charge $0.50 +tax for a "Pup Cup," that's a small cup with whipped cream in it. First time I've ever been charged for one, so I asked the guy who gave me my receipt when they started charging. According to him, his manager said that whip cream was the most expensive item they had. Sad for this, my pup loves her pup cup and chicken nuggets. Maybe there are still Chick-fil-A's out there that still love their furry patrons, this one sure doesn't.

Went through the Drive-thru on Wednesday for a late lunch. My grandson was needing some Chick-fil-A. We stopped by the 119 store in Pelham. Order taker was polite. Did not have to wait to order. As always, the outside area was clean no trash anywhere on property. We enjoyed the chicken nuggets, large fries, and topping off with Coke. Nuggets were hot and juicy and tender. They have great fries. You can't mess up a coke? Friendly customer service and great food.
