Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I ate at the Pelham Cracker Barrel today. The service was extremely slow, more than normal. I have had an upset stomach ever since I ate their food. I've never had a complaint about the food before. They've just always been very slow.

It was great! The waitress was so nice and friendly.

Better check the "fish fry Friday" ingredients or freezer at this CB- the fish was old and not a very good taste plus served cold. The hush puppies came out later so they were fresh and hot.

We went for the Friday Fish Fry and they were sold out. They only offer this once a week so it was frustrating that they were sold out at the beginning of dinner service. We leftcand went somewhere else.

It took 40 minutes to get our food after ordering. The serever was great but the kitchen was super slow. The food came out luke warm or cold. This is the second time this happened in a month. Not sure when I will give them another chance.

Extremely loud & noisy couldn't even talk to one another. Server never came to check once, another person delivered food & got our drinks refilled. Okra was hard, food was just barely warm. Had to track server down to get our ticket to pay.

A college team came in after we arrived. The staff was over whelmed. My food when it did arrive was cold and missing an side food item.

Our waiter,Javier, did a great job. That was surprising considering the restaurant was short staffed. I order the bbq ribs because they looked great in the menu pictures. The ribs that I got to eat looked and tasted like they had lying around in the kitchen for several days, burned and tuff. Sent them back and meatloaf which was just okay. Yes the chairs in the dinner area are still uncomfortable. I don't mind the grandma atmosphere but the furniture should be comfortable.

Parking: You give take out food customers the best parking which makes no since. Dine in customers spend a lot more money per meal. They should get the parking spot closest to the door.

We have been eating here for about 7 years, and the service has really been dismal the last several years.
Food is ok, but so many better options.

There were no clean tables, when they took us to our table, we had to wait for them to wipe the table off, We asked for our meal to be cooked a certain way and when it finally came out it was burnt and cold. The waitress said they were short cooks in the kitchen Fries were cold and mushy.
We were there over 1.5 for lunch .

This experience was awful. We sat for over an hour and no food. After speaking to the manager she stated the food was being played. After 25 minutes more still no food. When the food finally did arrive my mother found hair in her food. This location has truly gone down.

Food was cold. Carrots were not cooked well. Chicken was burned. The server seemed more attentive to a larger party next to is that came in after us. The restaurant was not crowded so the food and service should have been better. No excuse!
