I recently visited this Hooters restaurant and was quite disappointed with my experience. The wings I ordered were overcooked and extremely dry, making them nearly inedible. To top it off, they brought out the wrong item initially, which only added to the frustration. Overall, it was not the dining experience I was hoping for. It was a long day of driving and we were craving wings. Specifically, Hooters wings!

This one is better kept than Trussville. The waitress was working herself to death, so they need to add more staff. The wings for some reason, were off the chain. All 3 of us bragged about how good they were compared to usual. Not sure what happened, but they need to keep the cook that worked on 3/8/25 around 4pm.

Bone-in wings over boneless everytime! I did not like the boneless wings but they were free so no harm (bogo night.) I did love the manager on duty though. A younger mature man who is very understanding. He was so easy to talk to I wanted to invite him to dinner with my buddy and I. I met up with a buddy from college for a much needed brother dinner. We had a good time and the sweet ladies made sure we were hydrated. The only thing that would've made it better is milfs.

The lady at the bar was great, but the food was garbage. I'd have sent it back if I had looked, but I got it to go and trusted it'd be okay. Nothing was cooked all the way through, they didn't include the condiments I payed for, and they couldn't even bother to put the correct ingredients on the sandwich.
Vakayla and Kam are the best servers to walk the building!!!! Great customer service VERY guest obsessed!
